Furble partners with licensed pharmacies to deliver prescription medications straight to your door. Here’s how to get started—fast, safe, and stress-free.
Your Pet's Prescription Journey
Create your account
Get started by setting up your Furble account. It only takes a minute.
Get a prescription from your vet
Visit your vet like you normally would. If they prescribe a medication, ask them to fax it to one of our partner pharmacies. We can also reach out to your vet clinic to get a copy, but we’ll need you to update your account with the best email address to reach your vet clinic at, so we can get this process moving along!
Log in and add your medication to cart
Once the prescription has been faxed, log into your Furble account, find the correct product, and add it to your cart. Be sure the item and dosage match what your vet prescribed.
Upload your prescription at checkout
When you get to the checkout page, you’ll see a button to upload your prescription. This is a quick and easy way to get us the information we need. If your vet clinic has already sent a fax to one of our pharmacy partners, you do not need to upload a prescription! Check out this page for more details: How Do I Upload My Prescription?
Complete checkout
Go through the checkout as usual. Your card will be pre-authorized, but you won’t be charged until the prescription is validated.
We verify the prescription
Furble and our pharmacy partner confirm that your order matches what was prescribed. If it doesn’t, we’ll be in touch.
Your order is filled and shipped
Once validated, we bill your card and the product is ordered from our supplier. Our pharmacy partner counsels the client, dispenses the medication, and ships it.
Done
